We’re proudly to announce FIAS (Norwegian Fish Industry Suppliers Alliance) enters into a collaboration with Personalhuset and On Off Bemanning on staffing and recruitment.

Personalhuset and On Off Bemanning (OOB) are two of the companies in Otiga Group - the Nordic region's largest Norwegian-owned staffing and recruitment company. With this collaboration, FIAS can offer its members a partner in temporary staffing and recruitment to permanent positions.

The HRC's HR department specializes in offshore staffing, while OOB has its core expertise in the fishing industry. In addition, the Personnel House's 15 departments will solve all other staffing and recruitment needs.

- I am very pleased to be able to enter into this cooperation agreement, says general manager of FIAS, Frode Kvamstad. It is especially nice that these players were introduced on the basis of a collaboration with one of our member companies.

We will now, together with the agreement manager in the Personnel House / On Off Staffing implement the agreement towards FIAS member companies.
